How long does a quote take?

Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex requests or items from unusual websites may take longer.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Tracking appears after payment verification and once ZAPP has purchased or processed your approved items.

What if the product is out of stock?

ZAPP will let you know and may suggest alternatives if available. You can also update the request with another link.

How do I add multiple items to one request?

Use the Add Another Item button in the request form and add each product link with size, color, model, and quantity.

What happens after I upload my payment receipt?

Following payment verification, ZAPP approves the request, begins the purchasing process, and provides future delivery and shipment updates through the Activity page.

Is request editing available after a quote is sent?

No. Once a request has been quoted, direct editing is disabled and any changes should be communicated through the Messages tab.
