What should I provide when reaching out about a request or order?

When contacting support, please include your order ID, request name, or request number so we can locate your request and assist you more efficiently.

How long does shipping take?

Products available in our catalog include individual shipping estimates based on the supplier and sourcing location. For custom requests, delivery usually takes around 10-16 business days in most cases. If additional time is required, you will be notified with updated estimates.

Are the products you source authentic?

Can I edit my request after submitting it?

You can edit your request using request management if your request has not been quoted yet. If it has already been quoted, send a message through the Messages tab instead.
